Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
